Life’s a Beach!
Torrey Pines State Beach this afternoon! What a cool place. Had to first wade through the ocean before you could get to any usable part of the beach. Lots of character here and a lot nice sand and WAY fewer tourists. Walked a solid mile and a half to get in an effort to get closer to Black’s Beach but eventally just set up on our own private stretch. The water was absolutely perfect and there wasnt a cloud in the sky. We lathered up with some baby oil and relaxed to our iPods. I was listening to 80s rock and I now remember how long Free Bird actually is. Definitely going back to this beach, the only downer was the $8 dollar parking.
